FORMER prime minister John Howard tops a list of political and business heavyweights to receive the highest awards in the Queen's Birthday honours.
Independent federal MP Peter Andren, who died in November, was made a posthumous AM, or member in the general division, for service to parliament and the rural and regional communities of central west NSW.
