Just let anyone charged with notorious offences off

Convicted Queensland child sex offender Dennis Raymond Ferguson has been released from custody.
Queensland Attorney General, Kerry Shine, will appeal the decision.

This is not good at all. It implies that any jury chosen would not be able to make an unbiased decision in this case.

It also does not auger well for upcoming trials, particularly of Dr Jayant Patel and the man ordered to stand trail for the alleged honeymoon murder of his wife.

Pickles makes good legal sense on another blog that the blood hungry media don't know all the facts and are jumping to conclusions. Particularly that shaky Hetty Johnson (who was or nearly was a Democrat). Mehaul
