Island Resort for homeless?

On intrepid ABC Local reporter is interviewing homeless people at their current abode, under a bridge on the south side, asking them whether they think it's a good idea for the Gold Coast Council to allow homeless people to stay be housed at the resort (Tipplers)which they've purchased.

Interesting.

Will this address the problems these people have that have made them homeless?
