Many questions about a double standard & QLD ALP

How unusual. The question of double standards for ALP members is being raised about an adviser.

When Karen Struthers was Parliamentary Secretary for Health she was caught drink-driving. She was not sacked. She was driving a government vehicle at the time. Struthers was promoted to the ministry three weeks ago.

Now a ministerial advisor to Karen Struthers has been caught drink driving and has been sacked by Bligh.

There is no information whether this advisor was drunk on company time, or driving a company vehicle.

If everyone who was caught DUI was summerily sacked there'd be a lot of people out of work!

It also raises the question that someone in government, who actually makes the rules, shold really be obeying the rules.

You know it's nearly a month since the Qld State Election. I watch a lot of media and as of today I haven't seen one viable, credible article on the LNP and their new leader. As someone else said on another blog, are the Liberals asleep at the wheel. It's easy to say Labor is in government by default, but surely the Qld conservatives are beyond help. The term incompetent is becoming a compliment. Mehaul.

Mehaul, hitting your head against a brick wall of ALP media, does cause some to stop. LNP may need time to get over the pain.
