Clocks

My clock has been slowly dying... the one behind the big TV.

Tonight as it was nearly dead, I decided to change the battery.

I dropped the clock. It doesn't work any more.

It switched off the TV on its way down... fortunately it missed the TV and all the cables and stuff behind the TV.

Grateful for small mercies.

Now I'm up for a new clock. It doesn't work any more. Bugger. Glass not broken, either!

Update:

Junkshop had clocks for 16 bucks or 12 bucks. The dearer ones were ugly and small. The cheaper ones were ugly and big.

Woolies had a stainless steel frame kitchen clock which will do... onl 10 bucks. Hurrah!
