Another job app, not sleeeping, splitting headache...

Here's some stuff to read...

The death of the "stolen generations" .

The IPCC's latest source: Greenpeace.

Monckton takes Brisbane.

I have to do a job application this weekend, due Monday. I didn't sleep well last night. I've woken with a splitting headache. There's been almost 2 inches of rain since Thursday, the grass is greening up and needs mowing. The ground is still wet and slippery. It's going to rain more over the weekend.

I have to meet a friend at a suburb near me to loan her a table, and give her some stuff I have bought for her which I keep forgetting to take with me when I meet her. And I promised to meet a friend at her home for a cuppa (she lives near the shops), she just phoned out of the blue thismorning - her daughter has gone away governessing in western Queensland, and it's the first time that the daugher's been away for any length of time, she'll be away for a year!

I have to go, catch you later...

Oh, here's something from Skeeter - about where the entrepreneurial, "bottom-line" thinking these days will go.... Outsourcing the POTUS.

Could be worse. Could be snowing and nasty cold, the way it is here.

Hi RebeccaH
After two weeks of extreme heat, ending with high humidity and extreme heat (we didn't have the usual cooling storms until Thursday last week), it's finally turned to showers and the temp outisde is 23 degrees at 5:32 pm. Much more pleasant than the 36+ temps of the past two weeks. It is humid, so it's a bit sticky, but I'm not melting!
I wouldn't mind a bit of snow, just to even out the temps here!
Back to the grind...

I hope the MSM pick up on Windshuttle's claims and gets some debate going. Refuting the stolen generation may be the next part of Gillard's education revolution. Not likely, as it would require rewiring the minds of the nation's teachers.

On this morning's ABC Breakfast show, Monckton against Trioli was beautiful to watch.
Game, set and match to the lord.

The problem is, Skeeter, that these ABC fluffs are so thick that they think they've done well when their arguments have been soundly discredited by the likes of Monckton.

I wonder if there's a link?
