Liver transplant patient dies

Australian liver transplant patient, Claire Murray,25, died from complications of the sugery performed to provide her with a second liver transplant.

The second surgery was performed in Singapore when the WA Government loaned the family the money for the transplant. A second transplant in Australia was refused as Ms Murray caused her first liver transplant to fail by returning to her drug habit.
