I have something in common with Paul de Gelder. I've been swimming in Sydney Harbour.
It was March 1981 and I was on a cruise with my C Coy friends.
What started the swimming was one bloke leant against the handrail around the edge of the boat and it gave way and he fell in. Several others jumped in after him as I did.
That's what a cask of chateau collapsible can make you do.
