Watching the news update just now and seeing the announcement by the police officer in charge of the investigation... I like him. He's nervous and strikes me as an honest man who knows more than he's allowed to tell, but wants to tell the truth...

Coroner's Inquest for Death In Custody

Valmae Beck, lately known as Faye Cramb, convicted with Barrie Watts of the murder of Sian Kingi on 27 November 1987, died in custody on 27 May 2008.

Apparently police wanted Beck kept alive to answer questions about other unsolved murders.
