Slight miscalculation here & there are rail delays and traffic problems.
There was also an accident at a notorious intersection which I pass through on the way to work, but no photo. Lots of damage to two vehicles, however, I think that noone was seriously injured on the highway. The problem with that intersection is that people become impatient and don't wait until the road is clear to exit the side road - and are often cleaned up by vehicles hidden behind turning vehicles. (It's the Warrego Highway/Haigslea-Amberley Road intersection at Haigslea.)
