Slapper v Bolt re Palin

With Fitzie's missus running interference.

I don't think the slapper had any valid points against Palin.

Who listens to Ms Fitz?

All she offered were (not very) amusing soundbites. Good for a laugh by the left but not really showing a lot of knowledge about the issue. The 'vice' commentary at the start was particularly weak and Andrew delivered a nice slapdown to the slapper! :)

I’m thinkin’ Kathy might secretly harbour a twinge of jealousy…

She’d never admit it, of course. But if it were true, then I think we should try to be understanding and look at the root causes of her animosity. Sarah Palin is turning heads and in Kathyzone, that’s bad.

Back in the 50s and 60s it was Bridget Bardot who was turning heads. I wonder why Kathy isn’t jealous about that?

One thing’s for sure, Bridget was definitely a root cause before she started cuddling polar bears.

Fitzie's missus is Lisa Wilkinson. She's married to Peter Fitzsomething, he wrote Kokoda, the book. Another lefty nong - birds of a feather and all that.

I think she's married to Geoffrey Robinson.

I'm with Spengler* - A nation of Sarah Palins is the best investment going - a nation of Obamas is, as far as Australia's interests go, useless or worse. That's all that should matter to us here, who is best for Australia? Hard-working self-sufficient upstanding generous Palins (who will likely come to our aid in an emergency too) or govt-grant sucking, social-engineering experimenting, budget-blowouting, navel-gazing Obamas. It's, as they say, a no-brainer.

*Spengler points out in the Asia Times that Asisn currencies are falling in this crisis, despite their strong econimies, while US dollar is rising, because, in a nutshell, Asians trust and will invest in America's millions of Sarah Palins more than they trust fellow Asians.
