I loved this story. (now with added link... where did it go in the original? That'll teach me to rush!)
Some fools think it's great to have these creatures roosting nearby.
They stink
They're noisy
They carry disease
And I believe that those who want them living in residential areas are:
1. so drugged at night they hear nothing
2. suffering from a lack of olfactory ability
3. not living in the area near the creatures
Besides, the buggers eat stone fruit which I love, and I'm not prepared to let them eat MY fruit (in the orchardists fields).
