Palmer pushes defamation suit against Qld Premier, Treasurer

The defamation action by billionaire and LNP backer Clive Palmer is continuing against Premier Anna Bligh and Treasurer Andrew Fraser despite the Queensland election campaign.
Shame the taxpayers will have to pay for the defence of Bligh and Fraser. As for stifling public debate, I'd be interested in knowing what sources the ALP has for the clinking stuff in their coffers.

Unlikely, but wouldn't it be nice to see Bligh lose the election and then be hoisted on her own petard with a legal thrashing by Palmer. One can only dream. Mehaul.

Why does a billionaire need millions more? What is it with this Clive Palmer that he can't take criticism anyway? Is he another of those namby-pamby Mummy's liddle boy who has to go running with pissed pants to a lawyer whenever someone says something norty to him?? He sounds deranged to me.

Anonymous slagging off Palmer - what's to say he wants money from the litigation?

How about you furnish a name so that I know how to address you?
