Pump sand onto beaches to protect them from AGW sea rises

MILLIONS of cubic metres of sand should be pumped on to Sydney's most popular beaches to protect them from rising sea levels brought on by climate change, according to a coastal expert.

And in a worst-case scenario, a lock could be put across the entrance to Sydney Harbour in an effort to protect the harbour from sea level increases.
Good luck with that.
