D'Arcy's case revisited on Offsiders.
I agreed with what the panel said about the Judge taking into mitigation that D'Arcy had been punished by not going to Beijng and being harassed by reporters.
One of the panelists said that D'Arcy wouldn't have been hassled by the press had ne not assaulted someone in a nightclub.
