US father and Aussie mum of new baby boy went to register his birth, and received a letter from the NSW Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages, letting them know that they couldn't call their sone "Duke" as it's a title.
Finally sense prevailed and, three months after his birth (and hassling by Toady Tonite*) they're allowed to register Duke Charles Williams. (Duke was Great Grandpa's name, the surfer, y'know?)
*I know, but TV's a novelty after a week of not having it!
