Why don't people know about this and superimpose the template over Hamas' actions for example.

3. The Bosnian Serbs were complicit.
And the Bosnian Serbs were getting direct support from their compadres next door in Belgrade. While the the Bosnian Croats were being supported by 'friends' visiting in Zagreb. And the Bosnian Muslims were massaging the UN peace folks assiduously.
There was no clear-cut bad side, and no clear-cut victims. When I was there in 2001, discounting the reports from each of the three sides was SOP.
