I spotted all that recently when a retiring RAEME brigadier type from rugby pursuits drew my attention to it (apropos Newman's flood management).
It explained much about his apparent practical nature. Both parents were Ministers, his mother a barrister before being elected as a Senator and five years a Minister.
So he's come from excellence and been trained and worked in achievement and practical applications.
Such a rare high qualification to lead politically. I'm happy about it.
