I'm sure I didn't imagine hearing a member of the Queensland government say on ABC 612 today something about the new Federal Government needing to do something about education funding after the past 11 years of Federal Government neglect?
Someone should tell this fool that education is a STATE responsibility.

Well it isn't a surprise that he doesn't know. The Federal Government with its ludicrous attempts to foist a national curriculum on all schools (private and state) seems to think that they are in charge of education.
